Fixes

Installation
These are *.esd files.
It are encrypted installations, it only contains one SKU per file, but includes the complete installation wim, boot.wim and setup.
You need to use a decryption program with the right key to decrypt, you can then save just the install.esd or convert to install.wim. There is also an option to create iso files.

Original these files are non bootable unless converted to iso.

EFI Requirement
We recommend using VMWare Workstation 11, which has EFI support out of the box.

Windows Default Lock Screen
There is a new Default Application included which has already been introduced on Windows Phone as a Beta App.
It is called the Windows Default Lock Screen App.

Run it by executing:
explorer.exe shell:AppsFolder\Microsoft.WindowsDefaultLockScreen_8wekyb3d8bbwe!LockApp

Cloud Experience Host
Run it by executing:
explorer.exe shell:AppsFolder\Microsoft.CloudExperienceHost_8wekyb3d8bbwe!App

Print Dialog
Run it by executing:
explorer.exe shell:AppsFolder\Windows.PrintDialog_cw5n1h2txyewy!Microsoft.Windows.PrintDialog

Windows Shell Experience Host
Run it by executing:
start-menu://test
It shows the screen for a while then closes, after a few moments it then shows an error.
