Notes

This is a new SKU called Windows 8.1 with Bing, but for now it isn't evident what Microsoft changed in this SKU except the name.
It is also based on the Core edition of Windows.
It includes the regular Windows Applications, it also detects it if its a touch screen or not and then boots straight to the desktop and includes the new options seen in the recent updates such as a right-click menu on the Modern Start.

First install Core Connected Single Language and then via the Add features to Windows 8.1 option enter the serial and let it install.
