Web View in Explorer Windows is disabled by default although the Channel Bar is active.
You need to click ''View as a Webpage'' in the ''View'' menu each folder to view it as an HTML view, setting is in Folder Options doesn't work.
Windows Help and Channel View have updated pages.

This build is labeled as Beta 2.1 (Refresh) while the pervious build is labeled Beta 3, this is why TCB puts it under Beta 3.
