Notes

This is Service Pack 1a for Windows Small Business Server 2000.
It comes on 2 CD's or as a download from the web.
When using the download from the web it doesn't include Outlook 2002.

It updates Windows 2000 Server to Service Pack 4 and Microsoft Exchange 2000 to Service Pack 3.

Fixes

Installation
Run Sbssp1.exe and extract it to C:\Program Files\Microsoft Small Business Server SP1 and then run C:\Program Files\Microsoft Small Business Server SP1\SP1setup.exe, if you select a different folder, setup automatically copies files to that folder.

It then installs and executes Microsoft Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 and Microsoft Exchange 2000 Service Pack 3.
Follow the instructions and reboot after each installation.

For Microsoft Exchange 2000 Service Pack 3, you need to select your own destination folder and then run from that folder .\Server\Setup\I386\Update.exe.
