Fixes

CD-Boot and Partitioning
This build does not boot from CD, it results in a CD-Boot Error 4.
Boot with a Windows 98 SE Boot floppy and then Partition and Format it.
After a reboot run Lock C: and SMARTDRV.EXE C+ 2048 so that you can install files to the Hard Drive and faster then one file at a time.
Then run \i386\winnt.exe from the CD-ROM Drive.
