Fixes

Installation
Due to a bug of incorrectly loading the coverage.dll file you must install this build from a previous build (2003 RTM for example) by running \I386\WINNT32.EXE /NotUsingIBS and not selecting upgrade but new installation.

It will fail to install when booting from CD, running setup.exe from an earlier build and selecting upgrade in the winnt32.ex installation.
