Notes
This build features a new bootscreen without a black background, but a clouds background including the
Beta 3 tag.
The My Computer icon and several other icons in the Start Menu are not displaying correct, possibly because the icon layout changed in the icon file.
Also Active Desktop displays not correctly with displaying HTML code on the background.
The FAT16 to FAT32 Converter now automatically defragments the hardware after the conversion is done.

Installation
This build still generates a lot of errors during and after installation, ignore them during setup (there is no other option) and after installation if the application doesn't work or error's out, then it is not working, which applications can differ for your installation.
Advanced Power Management (APM)
Disalbe
APM in the BIOS before the installation or you can recieve an BSOD during installation.
Display Adapter and other devices
After installation Windows displays an error for the display adapter and then opens the
Add/Remove Hardware Wizard let it detect everything and install, it works fine after installation.
Sound doesn't install and doesn't work.
