Notes

This is the second preview released by Microsoft in February 2012.
This release is targeted at the general consumer it comes in 32-bit and 64-bit flavors in ''free'' and ''checked'' versions.

The Metro Startscreen has been improved it is almost identical to the RTM version, now you can select different background styles and colors and the lockscreen picture has been replaced.
The charms bar is now on the right and PC Settings (replacement name of Control Panel) is now on the charms bar instead of the Startscreen.
On the desktop the default wallpaper has been replaced with a metro stylish version of the ''betta'' fish and a large 8.

The Windows Store now works but it needs an active internet connection.
The Windows Live apps (Games, Video, Music) work only in selected country's and support Microsoft Account sign-in.

Most of the sample apps have been removed since the Developer Preview and some have been renamed.
